Function: Regulates ubiquitin ligase activity of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) and may confer substrate specificity upon the complex. The APC/C-Cdh1 dimeric complex is activated during anaphase and telophase and remains active in degrading substrates until onset of the next S phase.
